Welcome to LTPfoods LTD. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.
1. General
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by LTPfoods LTD (“the Seller”) to any customer (“the Buyer”).
- By making a purchase, the Buyer confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms in full.
- The Seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Prices and Payment
- All prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required before goods are released. We accept cash, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.
- Payments are considered complete only when confirmed by our authorized representatives.
3. No Refund / No Return Policy
- All sales are final. We operate a No Refund, No Return policy.
- Only goods proven to be defective at the time of purchase may be exchanged.
- The Buyer must inspect goods before leaving the store.
- To qualify for exchange, the Buyer must:
- Return the defective item within 48 hours of purchase,
- Provide proof of defect that existed before purchase, and
- Present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once verified, defective goods will be replaced with an identical or equivalent product.
- No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
- The store’s decision on all exchange matters shall be final.
4. Product Quality and Storage
- LTPfoods LTD ensures all products are in good condition and meet quality standards at the time of sale.
- The Seller is not responsible for any spoilage, damage, or deterioration occurring after goods leave the store due to improper handling, transport, or storage by the Buyer.
- Perishable or consumable goods should be stored and used according to label or staff instructions.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of goods.
- Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the replacement value of the defective product.
6. Governing Law
- All transactions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Any disputes shall be settled amicably, and where necessary, through a competent court within Nigeria’s jurisdiction.
