2. Defective Goods

  • Customers are strongly advised to inspect all items before leaving the store or accepting delivery.
  • If a defect is discovered after purchase, the item must be reported and returned within 48 hours of purchase.
  • A valid proof of defect (photo, video, or demonstration) and proof of purchase are required.

Once the defect is verified:

  • The item will be exchanged for the same or equivalent product.
  • No cash refunds or store credits will be issued.

NOTE: Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.
We are unable to process any claims without evidence of the original transaction.

  • Inspect returned items
  • Determine if a product qualifies as defective
  • Make the final decision regarding any exchange or replacement request

All decisions made by the store’s management shall be final and binding.
